1. Check your breakers to make sure they haven't been tripped.
 
2. Check your thermostat for proper settings.
 
3. Check for dirty filters.
 
 
1. If water is leaking from your unit inside the only way to stop it is to turn your unit off until a service technician can get there.
 
2. If your unit is frozen you can either turn it off or set your thermostat "on" (fan only) to thaw - frozen units can not be worked on.
 
3. Keep debris and insects away from condensing unit.  Insects can cause cooling failures.
 
 
1. In certain weather Heat Pumps may have ice build up--this is not uncommon.  If the ice does not thaw normally, switch the thermostat to emergency heat/auxillary heat and call for service.
 
2. Extreme teperature setting changes can be difficult for the system to facilitate.  In very cold weather, for economy and comfort, we advise no more than 4-5 degree temperature changes during these times.
